I really like the way this turned out, and of course I love the colors, which were chosen around the fall leaf fabric. The butterfly fabric was purchased at a small shop in Wyoming, I have not seen it again. It is also a part of the next quilt I will be sharing.

For the quilting pattern I choose Jamie Wallens, Mystical Cotton Tracks Workshop 1 , leaf design. I got his workshop, which includes a 2 DVDs and workbook, I still have alot of practicing to do.
I will be sharing with you the completed CQ wall hanging that I have been doing for DDIL, it too will be in the quilt show. Yes, it is finally complete (well except for the label), more on that tomorrow.
Until later.

This is a beautiful quilt. The colors are very pleasing.
Nice quilt! I also took a look at Jamie Wallens' link you shared - wow, he does some amazing work!
How do you like his workshop set? Looks like you can learn a lot from it and the leaf design you chose from it for your top looks great, so I guess he has really great instructions. :o)
I love the way it finished. That's beautiful quilting you did on it, too.
Great to see one of "our" (QOR)quilts finished. You did a great job on the quilting, too. Mine is still in the "flimsy" stage.
I love how this quilt came out Gail and I love how you named it and why. You are amazing and your quilting is beautiful!
