It was suggested in the class to put a vine around the center motif (silkie). My vine includes purchased organzia roses, 4mm SR lasy daisy leaves and DMC stem stitch
Also some fun buttons and purchased organzia foweres in purple. To her ear I added a heat set crystal.
The white seam treatment was just some goofing around with lazy daisys in white DMC floss and french knots.
