I laughed out loud when you said the only difference between your western accent and your new home Wyoming was "crick" for "creek!" Hysterical. I probably would have given a "deer in the headlights" look if someone said that to me! Thanks for leaving a message on my blog - I was really surprised that not to many seemed to like that entry. It's soooooo much fun celebrating our differences, doncha think?
That was trippy! It knew I came from the midwest! Put me in Chicago, but I grew up in Muskegon (about a 4 hour drive Norteast), but my mom lived in Chicago as a teen, & she's the one who taught me how to talk!
